Keep your AI. Get a better workout log.

Turn any AI workout plan into a workout you can run.

Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another assistant to create the plan. ActualSet turns the response into a reviewable workout, then logs every set offline.

From AI chat to workout logger

Keep the conversation.
Lose the clutter.

01

Copy the format once

Give your assistant ActualSet's short format card at the start of the conversation.

02

Ask as usual

Discuss the plan normally, then ask for the finished workout in app format.

03

Paste, review, train

Check every exercise and set before saving, then run the workout with or without a signal.

The complete handoff

Review the plan. Run the session. Keep the record.

ActualSet carries the workout from an external AI chat into a focused, set-by-set gym log.

A workout logger, not another AI coach

Keep the plan flexible.
Keep the record honest.

ActualSet makes the plan usable in the gym, then records what happened when training changes.

Flexible workout tracking

Weight, reps, time and distance.

Record the measures that fit each exercise instead of forcing every movement into the same box.

Review before import

Check the plan before it becomes yours.

See matches, new exercises, programmed sets, rest, timers and side handling. Correct likely mistakes before saving.

Offline workout tracker

Keep training when the signal disappears.

Your saved workouts, live logging, timers, records and history work offline. New changes sync later.

Plans change at the gym

Adapt the session without rewriting history.

Reorder exercises, build supersets, adjust rest, substitute an occupied movement and correct a completed set.

Workout history and progress

See what you have actually been doing.

Review personal records, strength and volume trends, weekly consistency, body check-ins and estimated muscle emphasis.

  • Personal records
  • Progress charts
  • Muscle emphasis

The jobs stay separate

Your AI handles the conversation. ActualSet handles the workout.

ActualSet does not ask you to abandon the assistant you already trust. It gives that assistant a clear output format, checks the result, and becomes the dependable interface you use at the gym.

01

Any capable AI chat

No model-specific workout generator is required.

02

Review before save

The assistant never writes straight into your training record.

03

Offline where it matters

The core workout logger does not disappear with the connection.

Questions before your first set

ActualSet, clearly.

Can I import a workout plan from ChatGPT?

Yes. Copy ActualSet's format card into the conversation, ask ChatGPT for the workout in app format, then paste the structured result into ActualSet and review it before saving.

Which AI assistants work with ActualSet?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other assistants that can follow the supplied structured format can create workouts for ActualSet. The assistant remains outside the app.

Is ActualSet an AI workout generator?

No. Your chosen assistant creates the plan. ActualSet reviews, runs and logs it. An optional connected action can suggest exercise substitutions during a workout only when you ask.

Does ActualSet work offline?

Yes. Saved workouts, live logging, timers, records and history work without a connection. New changes remain on the device and sync when the connection returns.

What can I track in a workout?

A set can record any combination of weight, repetitions, time and distance, plus optional RPE and notes. ActualSet also supports per-side work, alternating or unilateral exercises, supersets and timed phases.

Can I create workouts without AI?

Yes. Workouts can be built manually inside ActualSet, and a workout shared by another signed-in member can be imported with a short code.
