Effective 21 August 2026
Terms for the private beta.
ActualSet is an early workout-logging product. These terms describe the current private test, not a paid or generally available service.
Use of the service
You may use ActualSet for your own lawful training records. Keep your password private and do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the service, or publish abusive material through shared features.
Training and AI information
ActualSet is a logger, not a doctor, physiotherapist, coach, or emergency service. Workouts and substitutions may come from an AI system and may be incomplete, unsuitable, or wrong. Review every plan yourself, train within your abilities, and seek qualified advice when needed.
Your content
You keep ownership of workout information and notes you enter. You permit ActualSet to store, process, synchronise, and display that information only as needed to provide the features you choose, including limited Training Wall sharing when enabled.
Beta availability
The beta may change, experience downtime, contain defects, or end. Offline logging reduces dependence on a live connection, but uninterrupted operation and permanent availability are not guaranteed.
Account ending
You can stop using ActualSet at any time and permanently delete your account from Settings. ActualSet may disable an account that abuses the service or creates a security risk.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy page explains data handling. Material changes to these terms will update the effective date. Continued use after notice of a change means you accept the revised terms.
Contact during private testing
Questions should go to the person who issued your beta account. A monitored public support address and final public-release terms will be added before store submission.
